On the Road to the SFV Quality Club Label – Working Together for the Future of BIFC
BIFC has embarked on an exciting journey towards the SFV Quality Club Label, over the next 2 years. This certification is not just a symbol of the quality of our work, but also an important step towards continuously improving and growing our club – in organizational, football-related, and community aspects.
The path to the SFV Quality Club is structured and comprehensive. We will be analysing our club’s structures and developing a strategy for holistic future development. We will be setting our club’s individual priorities and focusing on specific standards in three key areas:
Club Management: How can we make the administration and organization of our club more efficient?
Spirit of Football: How can we foster team spirit, respect, and fairness within our community?
Football Management: How can we improve our training methods and ensure we offer consistent programs for both boys and girls?
Some concrete examples for standards that SFV Quality Label Clubs should strive to meet are:
Our coaches regularly participate in development programs to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
As a club we have a continuous offer for boys and girls from G to E and from FF7 to FF11
A crucial part of this process is networking with other clubs. We are actively exchanging experiences and learning from one another.
The next step for us as club leadership is to conduct an in-depth SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), which we will carry out in the coming weeks. As part of the program, members of the club can participate in the SFV survey.
